Easy Protein Pancakes with Rachel Strait

Yields: Six 4" Pancakes

Ingredients

1 egg

½ cup of Ryno Power Vanilla or Chocolate Protein

½ cup of pancake mix (your choice)

1 cup of Almond Milk (substitute any milk you like)

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or with a food processor until smooth.
  2. Heat a pan on the stove over medium heat.
  3. Pour the mixture onto the pan, making about 4" pancakes.
  4. Cook each pancake until golden brown. Add toppings and enjoy!
